The Homecoming event is from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Saturday, August 23 at the Holy Ghost Club, 171 Sodom Road, Westport.

A 10 x 10 area is $40.00 plus a donation for our silent raffle (minimum value $25.00). Donations will be collected upon check in and will be noted with your booth number to promote your item in the raffle.

Reminder letters will be sent to all vendors 7-10 days prior to the event.

Vendor check in begins at 9:30 am the day of the event and closes at 11:00 am. NO late arrivals, table and fee will be forfeited. Tables must be set up by 11:30 pm.

Vendors approved for this years event will be given advance notice of the 2009 event.
